As a new manager in a State Government Agency I found this model a great help in understanding the interactions between our staff. It led to improving our environment and also made the job less stressful for me.

Thanks for the visualizations! We found your work when we visited Zappos in November and have since created a “culture club” and your book is on our reading list. I’d like to think we are at stage 4 overall and want to get to stage 5. Any advice?
