I'm glad that your team didn't wait for evolution to run it's course and write a typical business book - Tribal Leadership has evolved my thinking in a short amount of time which I am continuing to convey to my team as I progress through the book. It's true that the mainstream market will likely miss the point at this time, however pioneers must exist in every field!
