I'm just over halfway through Tribal Leadership and must say that it's refreshing that your book is unique when compared to other business books. I'm glad that your team didn't wait for evolution to run it's course and write a typical business book - Tribal Leadership has evolved my thinking in a short amount of time which I am continuing to convey to my team as I progress through the book. It's true that the mainstream market will likely miss the point at this time, however pioneers must exist in every field!

I thought that interview was so condescending and insulting of Stuart - he really was acting like a jerk and you handled it really well. Thanks for writing about something so crucial to our country, society, etc.
